Shipping Policy

At Avani Apparel Group (Raga & Stitch), we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your products.

1. Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.

• International shipping is not available at the moment.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

• A nominal shipping fee will be applied for orders below the free-shipping threshold, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days (depending on location and courier service).

• Remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, strikes, courier issues) are beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

• You can use this ID to track your package through our courier partner’s website.

6. Undelivered Orders

• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.

• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

• We will resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or store credit as per our Return & Refund Policy.
