At Avani Apparel Group (Raga & Stitch), we want you to love what you wear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The product does not match the description or size ordered.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
You have the original invoice/order receipt.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Customized, stitched, or altered items.
Innerwear, accessories, and final sale/clearance products (unless defective/damaged).
Products returned without original tags or in a used/damaged condition.

Provide your order details and attach clear photos of the product.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable) or ask you to ship the item to our address.
After inspection, we will process your refund.
5. Shipping Costs
If the item is returned due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong product sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other cases (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
