1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product does not match the description provided on our website.

  • You initiate a refund request within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

  • Customized, altered, or personalized items.

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective/damaged).


3. Refund Process

  2. Share your order details, photos of the product, and reason for the refund.

  3. Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with tags intact.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days(credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other refund cases (such as change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
